THE FOUNDATION PROMISE

You do the work.
You don't see results.
We get on a call.

We don't do money-back. We do on-track. Here's how it works — and why.

HOW IT WORKS

Two paths. One promise.

If you bought a single course.

Complete it. Run the system on three real deals. If your pipeline, close rate, or revenue hasn't moved, email us. You get a free 1:1 with Daniel or a Foundation expert. We diagnose what's blocking you and we rebuild the plan.

If you're an All Access member.

Run the operating system for 60 days. Attend the live sessions. Bring deals to the room. If after 60 days your pipeline, close rate, or revenue hasn't moved, email us. Same Promise. Same call. Same outcome.

The Promise isn't a refund. It's a recommitment. You don't ride alone.

THE WHY

Money-back attracts the wrong buyer.

Money-back guarantees sound generous. In practice, they attract refund-shoppers — people who buy intending to consume and return. Refund-shoppers aren't bad people. They're just not who The Foundation is built for.

The Foundation is built for operators. Founders, sellers, and managers who want a system they can run for the rest of their career. The Promise filters for that buyer. If you do the work and the work doesn't pay, we get on a call and fix it together. If you don't do the work, no system in the world fixes that.

That's the trade. Direct, honest, and the same Promise every member gets.

MEASURABLE

We measure what your CFO measures.

Three numbers count toward the Promise:

  1. Pipeline value. Open qualified opportunity dollars.
  2. Close rate. Closed-won as a percentage of qualified opportunities.
  3. Revenue. Closed-won dollars in the period.

If after a module + 3 deals, or 60 days of All Access, none of those three numbers moved — you trigger the Promise.

We don't measure feelings. We measure pipeline.
