1. What we collect

From the website. Anonymous usage data via Plausible Analytics — page views, referrer, country, device type. No cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.

From the Blueprint signup. Your name and email, stored in Systeme.io for the welcome email sequence and ongoing newsletter.

From a purchase. Billing information processed by Systeme.io and its payment processors. We do not store credit card numbers.

From the contact form. What you submit — name, email, topic, message.

2. What we don't collect

We don't use Google Analytics. We don't use Facebook Pixel. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

3. How we use what we collect

To deliver the products you bought, send the emails you opted into, answer the questions you sent us, and operate the site. That's it.

4. Email

If you join the Blueprint list, you will receive five welcome emails over ten days, then the Foundation Weekly newsletter at the cadence you choose. Unsubscribe is one click on any email.

5. Cookies

The Site uses minimal cookies — only for session state on authenticated pages. Plausible Analytics does not set cookies. The All Access platform (Systeme.io) sets its own session cookies on login.

6. Your rights

You can request to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@thefoundationhq.com.

7. Children

The Foundation is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email to members on the active subscription.
