HOW THIS STARTED

Daniel Shand has been a sales and marketing professional for more than three decades. His personal and team sales total nine figures across multiple industries, products, and categories — physical and non-physical, B2B and B2C, complex enterprise and high-velocity transactional.

What he kept seeing — across every industry he ran sales for — was the same problem: most sellers and most founders did not have a process. They had product knowledge, a handshake, and a quota. They were trying to muscle their way through a job that needed a system.

So Daniel built the system. He refined it across his own deals, his own teams, and eventually, every Foundation member's deals. Twelve modules. One operating system. The same process that scales from a founder's first sale to a national account team's renewal cycle.

The Foundation exists for one reason: so the operating system doesn't have to be re-discovered by every seller who comes through. The work is done. The system is built. Members run it.

The CSP is the credential The Foundation issues upon completion of the curriculum and assessments. It signals that the holder has trained the full operating system and can run it on real deals.
